We are independent parties and this agreement will not form any partnership.
 

- LIMITS

Only one account per household, postal address, or tax ID may be maintained at any given time.
Due to FDA regulations: Absolutely NO health claims should be made about the products we offer.

- AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your online affiliate application and will end when
terminated by either party. Termination may happen at any time for violation of terms, such as, sending
spam, making health claims, etc., with or without written notice.

- MODIFICATION

We may update or modify this agreement at any time. These modifications may include, but are not
limited to program rules, change in shipping fees or retail price structure. If any of the modifications
are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. If you CONTINUE
PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM following the posting of a change notice or new agreement, it will
be considered as your acceptance of the change. We will NOT modify the 20% you are paid for
retail sales, nor the 10% you are paid for your second level sales!

- COMMISSION FEES

Affiliates will receive 20% of the revenue from a sale as a commission from orders placed through your
website (links, banners, word of mouth referrals, etc.). For a sale to generate a commission, the customer
must complete an order and remit full payment for the product ordered. Affiliates will receive 10% of the
revenue from a sale generated from the website of an affiliate they have referred to our program (this is
commonly called a "second tier affiliate sale"). Second tier commissions can only be earned between the
acceptance of the affiliate application and notice of termination, so you have to be actively participating
in the program to earn them. 

Commission payments will be issued by check on the 1st of each month for the pervious months sales,
regardless of the dollar amount of the commission. Any returned checks, chargebacks, or fees from a
returned order will be adjusted in the following commission payment. If no fee payment is due a billing
invoice for the amount will be issued. 

- ORDER PROCESSING 

Bullseye Services LLC will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer
through any affiliate or sub-affiliate sites. Customers who purchase products through Bullseye
Services LLC will be deemed to be customers of Bullseye Services LLC. Prices and availability of our
products and services may vary from time to time. Bullseye Services LLC policies will always determine
the price paid by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our
rules, operating procedures and policies.

- WEB SITE RESTRICTIONS

Bullseye Services LLC reserves the right not to accept any site into the Gano Brand Coffee affiliate
program whose content and/or theme are not in line with our marketing goals. Examples of applicants
who will not be approved to join the program include web sites that:

are sexually explicit 
promote violence or discord 
promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age 
promote illegal or questionable activities 
violate intellectual property rights 

- SPAM RESTRICTIONS

Bullseye Services LLC in no way participates in mass unsolicited e-mailing (spam), and all members of
the Gano Brand Coffee affiliate program are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this
policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from our program.

- DISCLAIMER

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to our program or your
potential to earn income from the Gano Brand Coffee affiliate program. We make every effort to insure
that our web site is accessible and available at all times. However, we make no representation that the
operation of our site or other affiliate sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for
the consequences of any interruptions or down time.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without
reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in
the Federal or State courts located in Carson City, NV, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction
of such courts. You may not assign this agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior
written consent. Subject to that restriction, this agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of,
and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce
your strict performance of any provision of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to
subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this agreement.

The Gano Brand Coffee Affiliate Program is only made available to citizens of the U.S. and Puerto Rico,
over the age of 18, with a valid social security or tax ID number. All information is stored securely, and
we do not share or sell your information to anyone, including third parties. This is a private registration.
